Waterfront Townhouse

The property was completly renovated throughout and a side extension with a massive skylight was added. The kitchen layout was completely revamped and unified by removing a structural wall and adding a supporting beam. In the master bedroom, we created a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom by removing another structural wall and installing support. We also expanded the garden-facing opening by removing a structural wall and adding a beam. 

All garden-facing windows with double-glazed units, socket and lighting positions were changed according to the new desig, we installed new doors throughout, and addressed damp issues found during the renovation. New floor finishes were installed across the entire property, adding a fresh and cohesive look.

The bathrooms were fully renovated and remodeled, with new fixtures and finishes that reflect modern aesthetics and functionality. Despite the extensive work required, we adhered to a tight timeline and delivered outstanding results, ensuring our client could move into their beautifully updated home as planned.
