The first step was addressing the flooring. The existing orange gloss finish was sanded down and replaced with a neutral oil stain, enhancing the natural character of the wood. After allowing some time drying, our decorators began work.The chosen palette featured an off-white for the walls and a crisp white for the ceilings, doors, and windows, creating a bright and modern finish.

The bathroom and kitchen were also completly rennovated, with the old dark themes tiles and cabinets giving their place to a white and beige pallete, but also adding texture and an earthy feel where it was required. 

Following this we refurbished the windows, draft proofed them and installed secondary glazzing in order to ensure that the flat would be well insulated and that the noise would be reduced to a minimum. 

To complete the transformation, our electrician and plumber installed new radiators along with upgraded socket and switch plates. The result was a refreshed, move-in-ready property delivered on time and to the highest standard.
