Pimlico Property Refresh – Completed in Just 5 Days

Following the completion of the property purchase on Monday, we had a strict five-day window to complete a full refresh before the scheduled move-in on Saturday. With a tight timeline, efficiency and precision were key.

The first step was addressing the flooring. The existing orange gloss finish was sanded down and replaced with a neutral oil stain, enhancing the natural character of the wood. After allowing a full day for drying, our decorators began work. The chosen palette featured an off-white for the walls and a crisp white for the ceilings, doors, and windows, creating a bright and modern finish.

To complete the transformation, our electrician and plumber installed new radiators along with upgraded socket and switch plates. The result was a refreshed, move-in-ready property delivered on time and to the highest standard.
